Pascale is an experienced global Healthcare Executive, formerly CEO of a $2Bn pharma company acquired by GE, and a former member of Sanofi’s Executive Committee. Pascale has been an industry thought leader in leveraging AI and Technology to improve health outcomes for individual patients, and pioneered the field by setting up a Diabetes Joint-Venture between Sanofi and Google/Verily in 2016. Pascale is a director of 5 listed companies (US, Germany, France), and advises CEOs of Biotech and MedTech companies. She holds an Engineering Degree from INSA Lyon, and an MBA from INSEAD.
